Better widget timing and simpler setup

Setup and consistency

The following changes focused on setup and consistency. Subject-mapping fixes helped saved choices persist, and clearer Untis onboarding wording made the connection steps easier to follow. The demo account also gained German and English content, making demonstrations more consistent with the selected app language.

Behind the scenes

Behind the scenes, we added development reset tools and a read-only analytics connection for internal investigations. Those support development; the student-facing story is the work on widgets, subject mapping, and setup.
